1:1 HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
Programs are customized for each client honoring their bio-individuality -- there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach with my one-on-one coaching. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle routines and habits, focusing on areas of nutrition, physical activity, relationships, stress management, self-care, mindset and more. We’ll also identify limiting beliefs and thought patterns that might be preventing growth, transformation, and healing. Together, we develop a sustainable and transformative plan that empowers you to live a healthier, more vibrant, and fulfilled life.

It took me years to ask the right questions, organize doctor visits and test results, find the right healing team and modalities, create an effective treatment and maintenance program, and really understand my health on every level (physically, mentally, and emotionally). Managing my pain and chronic symptoms was extremely frustrating for years as I tried to find relief and solutions within our health system. Together, we’ll also implement efficient systems to streamline your journey, creating a structured and consistent approach to your care. This process ensures all aspects of your well-being are being addressed, and tracked comprehensively and effectively.
There are also many healing modalities available to us — various physical and emotional therapies, acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, breathwork, types of massage and bodywork, nutrition response testing, meditation and more — and I’ve tried them all, as well as educated myself on their powerful and transformative healing properties. It can feel overwhelming to know when and why to consider various options, and I can help guide you through this process based on your individual mind and body needs.
POST-SURGICAL HEALING
Having undergone seven major surgeries before the age of 35, I know firsthand how crucial the first 6-8 weeks of recovery are for both physical and emotional healing. The body is intensely focused on repair, and simple practices can make a significant difference in the process and outcome. I can help navigate this critical phase by sharing practical strategies for managing pain, navigating restrictions, and simplifying and organizing medical advice. Key areas of focus include rest, nutrition (specific foods and preparation methods), supplementation, and cultivating a positive mindset. I also provide guidance toward various healing practices and practitioners that may support recovery. By encouraging self-awareness and collaboration with our bodies, I empower individuals to approach their healing with the right tools, mindset, and support, making the process more manageable and effective.
PANTRY, FRIDGE & HOUSEHOLD CLEANUP
Every day we are exposed to a cocktail of toxins through our food, water, and household goods that pose a significant risk to our health and well-being. Together, we'll go through your pantry and fridge to identify where healthier choices could be made as it relates to food and cooking methods, as well as discuss food labels and harmful ingredients. We will also look at household and personal products being used in order to reduce toxin exposure within your home and within your body. Alternatives will be provided that are aligned with your preferences and goals.
In-person sessions only offered in Los Angeles. Virtual sessions available as well.
